Use of AI in text marketing in the U.S. 2023
During a May 202 survey carried out among business owners and marketing managers in the United States, roughly 26 percent of respondents stated they applied artificial intelligence in text marketing to inform consumers of special offers, promotions, or sales alerts. The most popular use case was sending customer satisfaction surveys or review requests, mentioned by 57 percent of interviewees.
