Conformity of current job with the qualification of Ukrainians in Poland 2021-2023
In 2023, the majority of the work of Ukrainians in Poland did not correspond with their qualification. Only 35 percent of Ukrainians were employed in a field that matched their qualifications. Meanwhile, 68 percent of Ukrainians worked in a matching job in 2021 and only slightly less than a quarter did not work in a corresponding position.
