Since January 2015, the AEX Index has reached its lowest value following the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In March 2020, the index dropped to a level below 500 points. After reaching its lowest point, the AEX index increased in the following months, reaching over 800 points in October 2022. Since then, the index has fluctuated significantly and reached a value of 921.92 as of the end of February 2025.
