Since January 2020, the AEX Index reached its lowest value following the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In mid March 2020 the index dropped to a level of approximately 430 points. After reaching the lowest point, the AEX index fluctuated significantly since then but increased overall, reaching a value of 922.63 as of the October 14, 2024.
