According to the source, the values are based on reports of anti-Semitic incidents by victims or witnesses and other information provided by other organizations. In contrast to the police crime statistics (PKS), non-criminal incidents are also recorded. Anti-Semitic crimes only known to the police were not included. The source points out that only the bright field, i.e. officially known and registered incidents, are shown. It can be assumed that the sum of all cases is higher.
