Industrial electricity prices amounted to 7.95 U.S. cents per kilowatt-hour in May 2024, up from 7.82 U.S. dollar cents per kilowatt-hour the previous month. The average retail electricity price for industrial consumers in the United States stood at 8.06 U.S. dollar cents per kilowatt-hour in 2023.
