During a survey carried out among marketing, sales, and business managers and CEOs of the largest advertisers as well as project managers in advertising and media agencies in Sweden in winter 2022/23, 44 percent of responding heads of marketing named data, analysis, and insights one of three areas where their marketing department needed to improve its skills. Among other gaps mentioned were digital competencies, sustainability, and e-commerce.
