In 2022, up to one in ten consumers in Austria were truly influenced by sustainable delivery options. The percentage of eco-conscious shoppers was the highest among online shoppers aged over 55 years old, with 10 percent of them considering eco-friendly delivery options a relevant shopping driver. In turn, only seven percent of shoppers aged 18 to 34 years old had the same opinion.
