According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who worried about their financial future was 37 percent in the third quarter of 2024, five percentage points higher than in 2018. Uncertainty about the financial future was the highest in 2020, when 38 percent of the respondents indicated skepticism about financial security.
