According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who processed banking matters on their PC or laptop was 40 percent in the second quarter of 2024, 19 percentage points less than in the first half of 2019. While online banking usage dropped notably, the popularity of mobile banking increased during the same period.
