Conditions for ingesting alternatives to animal protein in Portugal 2023
In Portugal, in 2023, 66 percent of respondents declared that they would consume alternatives to animal protein if they were less expensive. The taste was, after the price, the biggest obstacle to the consumption of vegetable alternatives to animal protein, preferred by 45 percent of respondents.
