According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in October 2022, the main disadvantage of using quick commerce was the short duration of the flash sale, as stated by 63 percent of respondents. Meanwhile 19 percent of respondents stated that the main disadvantage of using quick commerce for them was that the products were not fresh.
