U.S. Hospitality property repeat sales index 1998-2024

The CoStar Commercial Repeat-Sales Index (CCRSI) for hospitality real estate in the United States increased in March 2024, after two mild corrections in the previous year. In March 2024, the index stood at 249 index points, down from a market peak of 254 index points in September 2023. The index measures the development of sales prices of hospitality properties, with 2000 chosen as a base year. An index value of 200 means that sales prices have doubled since 2000.
