In the second quarter of 2024, spending on cloud IT infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) was around 49 percent higher than in the corresponding period of the previous year. Throughout 2022 and in the first three quarters of 2023, the segment saw a negative growth rate due to the Russia-Ukraine war and subsequent consumer uncertainty when it came to spending.
