As of the third quarter of 2023, around 50 percent of internet users in selected European markets said that they decline cookies on websites at least some of the time. Roughly 68 percent of users in the United Kingdom expressed concern about what is real and what is fake on the internet. Additionally, around 37 percent of Greek online users said they used a tool to block advertisements on the internet at least some of the time.
