According to a survey conducted in May 2023, approximately eight in 10 users reported not using any language learning website or apps. Among those who were using an online program to learn a foreign language, 14 percent of respondents reported using Duolingo, while four percent reported using the German-based Babbel. In comparison, only three percent of respondents reported using Rosetta Stone at the time of the survey.
