According to a survey conducted in April 2023, 39 percent of respondents from non-state-owned enterprises in Vietnam expect to see their scale decrease dramatically by the end of the year. On the contrary, only a few percent of companies are expected to scale aggressively, of which state-owned enterprises are prominent, with 1.2 percent of the response.
