In a 2023 survey, 36 percent of percent of respondents considered the impact of economic uncertainty on cloud usage and spend in Europe to be somewhat higher than planned, and 12 percent saw it as significantly higher than planned. On the other hand, economic uncertainty did not seem to have a particular impact on cloud usage and spend in Europe for 43 percent of respondents.
