According to a consumer survey by Vodus Insights, as of the first quarter of 2023, the majority of respondents in Malaysia preferred to purchase beauty and skincare products through offline channels. A total of 60 percent of the respondents said they had bought fragrance offline in the last six months. By comparison, 19 percent of the consumers bought the same product online.
