The Nasdaq Composite index fluctuated significantly in recent years, despite overall increasing more than twofold between January 2018 and December 2021. In particular, during 2022 the index decreased due to a generalized disruption in the financial markets caused by the Russia-Ukraine war. As of the end of December 2024, the Nasdaq Composite index reached a value of 19,310.79, an increase when compared to the previous month.
