Looking at the evolution in the customer base of quick commerce companies Getir, Flink, Gorillas, and Gopuff in France, around 58 percent have churned to competition (like UberEats, Deliveroo, or retailers offering Drive services) between 2022 and first quarter of 2023. Approximately 28 percent of shoppers were recurring customers to quick commerce platforms.
