In 2022 and 2023, people who shopped in stationary stores and experienced e-commerce customers visited more often more than five sites to compare prices, promotions and purchase terms than normal e-commerce and pandemic e-commerce customers. Pandemic e-commerce customers visited websites three to five times the most of all observed groups.
