According to a survey conducted in December 2022, about 54 percent of the respondents in Vietnam said that they intended to spend less on luxury goods in the next six months. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, around 42 percent of respondents expected to cut back their travel expenses and some 38 percent reduced their spending on electronic devices.
