According to the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) 2023, Netflix scored the highest customer satisfaction index among over-the-top (OTT) streaming services in South Korea, at 80 out of 100 points. Other services indexed scored similarly high, with the lowest scoring 78 points.

Korea Productivity Center defines the National Consumer Satisfaction Index as an "index of satisfaction level evaluated by customers who have used the domestically and internationally produced products and services sold to final customers at home, measured and quantified based on modelling."
