According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in April 2023, more than 65 percent of respondents in China accross all age groups stated that they usually ordered lunch from food delivery apps. Late-night snack orders, however, were favorite among 26 percent of the youngest age group, but only among eight percent of those above 54 years old.
