Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) using shipping services to deliver their products are putting effort in reducing waste, a 2023 survey showed. This was the top priority for around 46 percent of professionals from SMEs in the U.S.
Sustainable sourcing of materials and products followed with 23 percent of answers, while eco-friendly packaging was a priority for some 19 percent of surveyed respondents.
