Common mortgage amount in Czechia 2023
According to a survey from March 2023, most people with a mortgage in Czechia borrowed from one to two million Czech koruna. This share amounted to 35 percent. Twenty-two percent of people who planned to get a mortgage also wanted to borrow between one and two million koruna, with a fifth of the respondents aiming for two to three million koruna.
