Preferences in financing personal property in Czechia 2023, by situation
According to a survey from March 2023, most people in Czechia would pay for their housing purchase by mortgage. This share amounted to 45 percent. For household equipment, nearly three fourths of the respondents would pay with their own savings, while this financing method would be used by over a half of people planning a reconstruction of their house or apartment.
