Under the capacity supply agreement (CSA) for renewable energy sources (RES), or ДПМ ВИРin Russian.
According to CSA 1.0, around 5.4 GW of renewable energy capacity are to be installed in Russia by 2024, of which 0.3 GW should be attributable to hydropower. Coupled with CSA RES 2.0, the country's total renewable capacity should approximate 12 GW by 2035.
The source adds that changes are possible in the implementation of certain CSA projects due to the ongoing sanctions regime.
