In April 2024, the quit rate was around 2.2 percent, indicating no change from the previous month. Quit rates in 2013 were much lower than in 2024, with the rate in June 2013 being 1.6 percent. The quit rate is a measure of the number of people who quit their jobs during the month as a percentage of total employment.
