Barriers to selecting video streaming content in the U.S. 2023
The majority of U.S. adults who took part in a survey from March 2023 faced too many content choices when they tried to select video streaming content, with 45 percent of respondents saying this was a barrier to finding content to watch. Another issue when selecting content to stream was the confusion about where to find specific TV shows or movies.
