Prerequisites for an effective learning ecosystem in Germany 2022
In 2022, almost 67 percent of companies in Germany said that an open learning culture was important to have an effective learning ecosystem in their company. Learning ecosystems are fairly recent initiatives introduced by companies to provide an opportunity for employees to learn and develop additional skills that will aid them in achieving company goals.
