Ranking of NPU Geekbench ML score performance worldwide 2025, by device

As of January 2025, the iPhone 16 Pro Apple A18 Pro Core ML Neural Engine achieved the best average neural processing unit (NPU) performance among Android and iOS devices, with a score of 4,512 from the Geekbench Machine Learning (ML) benchmarking tests. iPad Pro 13-inch (M4) ranked third with a Geekbench ML score of 4,386.
