Number of diagnosed cancers among females in South Africa 2019, by ethnicity
As of 2019, 19,376 cancers were diagnosed among the Black African female population group, which contributed around 44 percent of all diagnosed cancers in females in the same year. The white female population group followed with 17,405 cases, contributing approximately 40 percent to the overall amount in 2019.
