Financial analyst clients provided insight into their ability to maintain environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives over the past 12 months from 2022 to 2023. Following events such as rising input costs and a slowdown in logistics, many firms have been challenged. 45 percent of firms in Latin America have been unable to maintain their previous level of commitment to ESG, while roughly 9 percent of European firms have placed less emphasis on ESG.
