In France, lesbian, gay, bisexual, intersex, and transgender people most likely to be very open about their sexual orientation/gender identity at work were those over age 25 in 2019. Conversely, nearly half of 15-17 year olds, and more than a third of 18-24 year olds were hiding their LGBTQI identity at work. In addition, for the most part, LGBTQI individuals reported being selectively open about their orientation/identity.
