In a 2023 conducted survey among Australian shoppers, the most frequently used delivery method for online purchases among respondents was standard delivery, with over 67 percent of respondents ordering clothing, footwear, or accessory items online opting for this delivery method. In-store click and collect, as well as express delivery were also popular delivery methods chosen by online shoppers in Australia. Download and streaming purchases proved the most popular in the insurance and travel and tourism categories.
