According to a study on audio usage in the United Kingdom conducted in late 2023 and early 2024, respondents aged 15 years and older spent almost half of their weekly audio time on physical live radio. For the age group between 15 and 34 years, this share was considerably lower, at 25 percent. For that age group, streamed music was by far the most listened to audio type.
