In a survey conducted in February 2024 among consumers in New Zealand, around 39 percent of those surveyed said they had shopped online more in 2023 compared to 2022. Just shy of 45 percent of respondents said they had shopped online and in-store about the same amount in 2023 as they had in the previous year.
