Digitalization of public administration in Poland compared to the European Union 2023
In 2023, the public administration in Poland offered 60 percent of key public services for citizens digitally, 17 percentage points lower than the EU average. On the other hand, Poland offered better online access to health records and a higher amount of data pre-filled in public service online forms compared to the EU average.
