The quality of a company's customer support service was important in purchase decision making in Japan, as revealed in a survey conducted in May 2022. More than 72 percent of respondents stated that they valued a high degree of care in a company's customer support when pondering about product or service choices. Only around nine percent stated that they did not consider the quality of customer services an important aspect in purchase decisions.
