According to the IVC research center and aMoon, 61 new HealthTech companies were established during the year 2022. This represents a decrease in the number of newly established companies in the field in Israel compared to previous years. Overall, there has been a steady decline during the period under review, from 182 companies established in 2015. The growth rate of newly founded health tech companies is in line with the general trend in the high-tech sector.
