During a September 2022 survey conducted in the United States, a little above two-thirds (68 percent) of respondents aged 25 to 40 switched from a brand they regularly purchase to a different brand offering better-incentivized engagements. Among respondents aged 57 to 75, the share stood at 50 percent. Incentivized engagements are marketing campaigns such as contests and sweepstakes.
