Share of complaints about telecom services in Portugal 2021-2024, by provider
In Portugal, the telecommunications service provider with the highest share of claims by customers about its services, in 2021, was NOS, accounting for 34 percent of all complaints. MEO followed closely, with a share of 33 percent, while Vodafone was placed third, with 29 percent.
The following year registered a shift in this order, as Vodafone registered the most complaints, 36 percent of them, while NOS and MEO both decreased in their share of claims.
By 2024, NOS gained the lead, with 38 percent of all claims, and Vodafone followed.
