Spain: self-reported vehicle dealership choice criteria for consumers 2023
Over a third of Spanish participants to a February 2023 survey mentioned the price was the leading decision factor when choosing a vehicle dealership. Good aftersale services and a good variety of available models from different brands were the second and third factors most impacting respondents' choice of dealership.
