According to a study conducted in Japan in July of 2022, more than half of the respondents stated that they were only willing to buy organic food as long as it was priced the same as regular products. Less than 39 percent of respondents were to some degree ready to spend more on their groceries if it meant that the products were manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner.
