In Canada, the main reason why online shoppers stopped buying from retailers they previously purchased from regularly was that they were dissatisfied with the product quality. High prices, poor shipping or delivery experiences, and poor customer service were also listed as some of the most significant drivers of brand abandonment by surveyed Canadian consumers.
