IPG Mediabrands won the highest-spending advertising pitch in the United States in 2023, a sales presentation for Berkshire Hathaway-run auto insurance company GEICO with media spending of 815 million U.S. dollars. Spark Foundry – controlled by the Publicis Groupe – made it twice into the U.S. top five. It ranked second with a 700-million-dollar pitch for Lowe's and fourth with a 365-million-dollar pitch for Kimberly-Clark.
