The Ford Kuga was the best-selling plug-in hybrid electric vehicle model in Spain in 2023, with some 4,100 new registrations recorded in the country. It was followed by the Chinese-Swedish model Lynk & Co 01 and the Kia Sportage. The Ford Kuga is the only model in the top ten to be from a U.S.-based brand.
