In Portugal, MEO was the telecommunication service provider with the highest share of active mobile accesses with effective use in 2023, namely 38 percent. NOS followed, with a share of 30 percent, while Vodafone was in third place, with 28 percent.
Machine to machine (M2M) telecommunications were also dominated by MEO, which presented a share of 51 percent, while NOS had 29 percent of mobile accesses and Vodafone 20 percent.
